Brand Standards : what are brand
standards?
Brand standard are consistence rules on organisation
images and identities.
They are design templates that must be used on their
products and office branches. For example
Logo
Graphics style
Colour
Font
Illustrative Photo graphics
These are to create organisations brand awareness
and to differentiate them from their competitor.
Clear Apple
Logo, white
in colour
Illustrative
image, style
and colour
for
information
Store
Façade
in Aqua
colour
Cleanliness standard: what is a
cleanliness standard?
Cleanliness standard is a statement or series of
statements that describes how critical the cleaning is.
A well practice cleanliness will:
 Controls spread of infections
Protect staff and customer wellbeing.
Prevention of product damages.
Financial loss
Service Standard: what are service
standards?
Service standards are services a customer is entitled
or expected to receive.
For example:
 Product quality assurance
Product information
Complaint to be dealt with on time
A well-lighted environment
A safe environment
Most of all, customers are entitled to a good
friendly customer service personnel.
Their unique and user friendly products
The concept of app store
Their initiative of improving productivity i.e.
Face time, tomb security
Staff product knowledge.
Employee diversity
The regular cleanliness of displayed products
The uniformity of the staff
Product monopoly.
As my daughter said when asked: “they produce
cool stuff”
