for SMALL TO MEDIUM BUSINESSES
We monitor and manage social media on behalf of
businesses
The purpose of Social Media is to amplify your promotional effectiveness (and add scale) to deepen
local penetration throughout your area of business, specifically in the “Online/digital realm.” Social
Media will assist you to effectively raise awareness and to communicate with the target audience .
Through experience, we know that people listen best when you engage with them in the space they
want to be in. This is why we provide live sentiment search, conversation mining, and real time
response across multiple social media platforms.
We monitor and analyse real-time web conversations up to 24 hours a day 7 days a week or
extended business hours from 5.30am through to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Just like a call centre, we have real people engaging all day every day – not just 9.00am to 5.00pm
Monday to Friday. We have real people working when your employees have gone home. Social
Media usage is like viewership with television, peak time is often in the evenings and weekends.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
One Small Planet will populate your Social Media accounts with agreed content.
This usually includes content from you and your broader team, from manufacturers,
traditional media and other sources as we agree.
We load both your current Facebook site and Twitter account into our systems.
We have fees for small business with one outlet to SMEs with multiple outlets
Social Media Set up fee: We will establish systems, research and dictionaries for your
Facebook page and Twitter accounts. (This incorporates putting all your social media
platforms into all our software programs and pay applicable licence fees)
Monthly Management Fee (6 month min)
Twitter regular management and monitoring
Facebook regular management and monitoring
7 days a week real-time monitoring early-AM to mid-evening
