 Motivates staff through clear and effectivecommunicationproviding ongoing leadership and direction
 Conducts daily briefings with the team / reviewsand discusses sales performance vs budget and implements

 Ensures all staff comply with grooming and dress code policy in line withbrand guidelines
 Plans, organizes and executes in store processes such as seasonal product launches/ stock takes / sale

 Conducts brand and sales training for newly hired staff
 Deals withcustomer complaints effectively and promptly to ensure appropriate resolution of the issue.

 Replacing and organizing garments on the Shop floor and in Stockroom
