MASTERING THE MANAGEMENT OF A PROJECT BASED ON ISO 21500
SUMMARY
This five-day intensive course enables the participants to develop the necessary expertise to
support an organization in implementing guidance on Project Management as specified in
ISO 21500. Participant will also gain a thorough understanding of best practices used
to implement project management processes. This training is consistent with the project
management practices in ISO 1006 (Quality Management Systems – Guidelines for Quality
Management in Projects).
COURSE AGENDA
DAY 1: Introduction, Project Management framework and Project Management concepts and
processes as specified in ISO 21500; initiating processes
DAY 2: Planning the processes as specified in ISO 21500
DAY 3: Implementing the processes as specified in ISO 21500
DAY 4: Controlling and closing the processes as specified in ISO 21500
DAY 5: Certification Exam
PECB’s 3 Hour Certified ISO 21500 Lead Implementer Exam is available in different languages.
The candidates who do not pass the exam will be able to retake it for free within 12 months from
the initial exam date.
After successfully completing the exam, participants can apply for the credentials of Certified
ISO 21500 Lead Implementer.
