I have been involved in real estate in Florida since 1988 (originally from Montreal, Canada) and have been a
real estate developer and a licensed real estate broker in Florida since 1993. I have over 40 years of real estate
experience with 25 of them being in the south Florida market. I had my own real estate office called Prestige
Properties specializing in residential sales with 15 agents working for me, I have built new shopping centers,
multi-family residential communities, multimillion dollar homes, rehabbed old shopping centers, etc. (See

Real estate in Florida is now very lucrative but complex. The banks and the politicians have put everything on
hold. Cash is king and it is the private money funds and individual lenders who are moving and filling the void
the banks have left. The traditional ways of purchasing real estate are gone. Let me show you how to take
advantage of this new frontier in real estate. Let the banks sit with their multi- billion dollar portfolios that
aren’t worth 40 cents on the dollar and let the politicians figure out how they are going to get the tax payers to
pay for it. Or if your clients are just looking to take advantage of the housing market and want to purchase a
condo or a home, take advantage of our “concierge service” for residential buyers. I am at your service.
Now is the time to make money. I am constantly seeking real estate opportunities for both myself and my
investors. Attached is a brochure on who we are and what we have done over the years in South Florida. Show
your clients and let them decide if they would like to get involved in a J.V. project with us or outright
purchase one on their own. (50% of the commission goes to you or 5% of any investment) We could find one
that matches their criteria and budget. We could build it or manage it for them. I am at different stages of due
