Paolo Piccotti – Chief Executive Officer
founder and partner of Mind Set Consult, brings with him a wealth of
experience in general management. He has worked as a COO and as a GM
at some of the most prestigious projects of the last decades.
Lucia Piccotti – Technical Director R&D
Lucia is a scientist (PhD in Biochemistry, MS in Organic Chemistry) and in
her brilliant career has worked in the US and in Italy with some of the most
brilliant minds of our days.
Dennis Montgomery – Commercial Director
brings with him a wealth of experience in Senior Management of over 30
years. with some of the biggest organisations in the world such as Ford,
VW, Al Futtaim and the Al Attar Group here in Dubai.
Alessandra Ortelli – Technical Manager
Has worked as for several prominent Italian and Foreign groups acquiring a
