Why this comparison? Because to often local organisations see the internationals as a block bulldozering into their world
The complaints keep coming that local organisations have no say in coordination meetings. How to change this?
Let both sides focus on what they are good at. (smaller) NGOs on grass roots support / flexibility. UN on coordination, government level representation. Good things happened here but there is plenty room for improvement.
