About Karriärföretagen
Karriärföretagen has been identifying Sweden´s best companies to work for since 2011.
The Top 100 Most Exciting Employers award is assigned once a year to those companies that actively work towards developing their employees, improving their workplace and increasing their employees’ engagement.
Anyone can nominate an employer and the companies that undergo our rigorous selection process will have the opportunity to be included in the Top 100 Most Exciting Employers.
Participating employers are scored based on the result of our Culture Assessment index, which evaluates companies based on their effort towards employee engagement. Companies are also scored based on the result of our anonymous Employee Engagement survey where we receive feedback about the workplace, the company culture and the level of engagement among the employees.
A jury of external and internal experts will then review all the output scores for each company and make the final selection for the award Top 100 Most Exciting Employers.
