RE: Quebec Investor Immigration Program to open in August
We are happy to announce that the Quebec Investor Program will open for another round. It will take
effect in August 2015 and continue until January of 2016. The most significant elements about this new round is
the asset and investment requirements remain the same: $1.6 Million for assets and $800,000.00 for
investment. The investment is guaranteed by the Quebec Provincial Government for refund after five years.
At present, the asset requirement for the Federal Investor Immigration Program is $10 Million and
investment is $2 Million without provision for refund and there is no guarantee if the investment ends in deficit.
In the 30-year history of Investor Immigration Programs, whenever the Federal Government raises its asset and
investment requirements, they always exert pressure on the Quebec Government to do the same. It means this
may be the last chance one can still apply to the Quebec Investor Program with the previous requirements.
