thereafter work with the team to resolve underlying issues and to produce

• Personally responsible for the production of a Portfolio of PLEX Schedules
(Plant Life Extension Projects) for the Heysham 1 Portfolio Project Manager.
Projects Including the renewal/replacement of Bulk Oil Tanks, Replacement of
Critical Pipe Projects and a New Nuclear Build Facility.
• To maintain these fully resourced plans and to carry out period end updates and
analysis.
• To provide coaching and advice to the Project Managers in Planning and

Role and Responsibilities
• I am responsible for the production and maintenance of schedules in both P3e
(V5) and MSP for the V8 Contingency programme and AKER Slab
Remediation works and the Mod Vaults Programme. To carry out periodic
updates and analyse the schedule to optimise both the cost and the schedule of
the programmes and produce ‘what if’ scenarios when required.
• I am responsible for all Earned Value analysis data and period graphs for all
the Mod Vaults and V8 Contingency programmes.
• I have developed a BCR process to control cost and schedule changes to the
Baseline of the Mod Vaults Programmes.
• Producing performance forecasting CPI/SPI and EAC’s for all Mod Vaults and
V8 Contingency programmes. This includes periodic trending graphs and
strategical analysis of the way forward.

Time Plan’ requirements associated with B13 Leased Operations Facility.
