                         David Masullo, Bloomberg Tradebook

                                       AGENDA

Bloomberg Tradebook and TradeEQ are pleased to invite you to a presentation on
“The Science of Success: Increasing Alpha with Practical Behavioural
Finance”.

Where exactly do you make money?
Can you distinguish between skill and luck?
What patterns differentiate your winners and losers?
Are you leaving money on the table?
         Are you overtrading?
How efficient are your opening and closing trades?

TradeEQ helps fund managers and traders improve portfolio performance. We take
Behavioural Finance out of the text book and onto the desk to help managers better
understand their own actions and increase their Alpha. Measurement is the first step
in any improvement process. We will show cutting edge, quantitative methods that
help managers not only understand their past behaviour but also give them practical
actions to boost their Alpha and competitive edge in the future.

Key topics discussed:

   1. How to measure, monitor and improve the core return variables: Success
Rates, Payoff Ratios, Frequency and Sizing

   2. Success Rate differences between strategies and through time. Learn how to
identify and exploit differences in your own Success Rates across different
security types, market conditions and behaviours
3. Managing stress: Learn how real time biometric information can be used to
      improve decision making and performance

   4. Learn about brand new skill measurement metrics

Please join us for “The Science of Success: Increasing Alpha with Practical
Behavioural Finance” presented by TradeEQ with a buffet lunch to follow.

Behavioural Finance has been one of the most exciting developments in the last 25
years in the field of financial economics. However, while Behavioural Finance has
been successful in identifying and explaining the presence of numerous market
anomalies it has, until recently, had little practical application when it comes to
individual managers and their existing investment processes.

TradeEQ has developed a suite of innovative analytics which extract patterns from
the decision making behaviour of investors’ and traders’ allowing them to search for
actionable differences that can improve performance through better buy, sell,
security selection and position sizing choices.

In a competitive marketplace where almost everything can be reproduced with
sufficient time and money we believe the only truly uniquely ingredient in an
investment process is you. You are the one thing that no one else can reproduce.
We believe that strengthening this unique asset through the use of practical
Behavioural Finance analysis is one of the most rewarding and highest ROI
decisions a manager can take.

Are you doing what you think you are doing? Are there things you do that you are
unaware of? Do you know precisely where your gains and losses come from and the
extent to which these gains and losses are attributable to either your underlying
investment process or variation in your implementation of that process?

You want to take positions based on the process that gives you an edge in the
market. Any positions taken due to conscious or unconscious biases make your
portfolio less congruent with your edge and may lead to both sub-optimal positioning
and missed opportunities.

TradeEQ offers technology enabling managers and traders to measure and control
congruence and minimize the impact of biased or unintended behaviour on Success,
Payoff and bottom line performance.
Speakers

Peter Harnett
Before founding TradeEQ Peter worked as a portfolio manager for institutional and
retail investment products at HSBC Asset Management. During his time at HSBC
Peter received a number of industry awards for the performance of his investment
funds.

Peter became involved in the Alternative side of the investment management
business when he designed and launched one of HSBC’s first hedge funds and was
instrumental in the establishment of the company’s Alternative Investments
subsidiary.

From HSBC Peter moved to GLG, one of Europe’s leading hedge fund and absolute
return strategy managers. There he further broadened his investment and trading
experience through managing a team of quantitative futures traders and heading
research on third party trading performance analysis.

Taras Chaban
Taras Chaban is a co-owner and a director of TradeEQ Ltd. Before founding
TradeEQ Taras was an asset manager for an alpha capture fund at GLG Partners
Inc.

Prior to joining GLG he worked for a number of years as a quantitative analyst on
proprietary trading desks at Dresdner Kleinwort and Credit Suisse. Taras started his
career as a consultant at a software company The Mathworks Inc, advising a variety
of firms in the City of London and across Europe.

Mr Chaban holds Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Liverpool.
