Jennifer Riis-Poulsen is a 2nd Degree Black Belt and Certified Chief
Instructor in Martial Arts and Self-Defense, with over 12 years’
experience.
With statistics on emotional & physical assaults so high, Jennifer saw a
need to help individuals feel empowered by teaching them self-defense
techniques in order to protect themselves.
