It’s a good sign of having things done properly when 2-3 verification options are
available for the submission.
We’ll select “By postcard” and inform you about the setting up process.
Google will send you the PIN letter within 2-3 weeks.
Please forward the PIN number to Pronto to complete the verification process.

Note - It can happen that PIN letter doesn’t arrive, please let us know we’ll re-submit
the PIN request for you.
- By SMS option is not available in USA.
- By Postcard option is not available in Hong Kong

If your current Google listing exists but the address is not updated,
we’ll replace the old address with the new one. By doing this,
By Postcard option will not be available.
Most business owners prefer not to have mobile numbers
appear on Google Maps. If only these two options are
available, you can; remove your listing from Google Maps or give us
your mobile number or you do phone verification (see page 6)
Note - SMS doesn’t always arrive, please let us know if this happens.
- By SMS option is not available in USA.
If your current Google listing exists but only the phone/fax number is not
Updated. We’ll replace the old number with the new one. By doing this,
only By postcard option will be available.
You may or may not get the PIN letter within 2-3 weeks. If it does
happen, please let us know then we can re-submit the PIN request
for you.
Note - PIN letter may not arrive after the first request is made

The reasons of getting only phone verification;
- The address on your current listing is not update, and we replace it with the current one.
- The PIN postcard is requested twice within a few days.
Verification by phone is convenient and quick only when your phone is not
connected to PBX, VoIP, routing system.

However, a single direct line may not be practical for the real world business environment. What you can do is managing the line
extension to go directly to the live answer. Google voice call is automated and is generated a few seconds after verification PIN is
requested.
