From this plot emerges plot of land number 8342.
EL PUEBLO ( VILLAGE- apartments).
If there was a CO-OWNERSHIP on plot 2412:
Housing development El Cuarton, it should exist
a percentage of expenses stated in the
certificates of registration from Property Registry
of the apartment and plots owners stating the
charges for its maintenances.
17. CONCLUSION
The apartments are subject to the Ley de
Propiedad Horizontal due to the existence of a
CO-OWNERSHIP established in favor of the
PUEBLO – THE VILLAGE
But in fact, these apartments and plots
are NOT subject to the Ley de Propiedad
Horizontal because IT DOES NO EXIST
CO-OWNWERSHIP ( URBANIZATION)so that
IT IS NOT any inscription in the Property
Registry about any maintenance quota.
18. EL CUARTON HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
is PUBLIC DOMAIN since 1990.
Urban legislation, hierarchically superior to
others, it determines that the execution of the
General Town Development Plan
( Plan General de Ordenación Urbana)
made the housing development PUBLIC.

After more than 10 years under duress because of
threatening letters from a supposed “Housing development
Community” owners subjected to small debts proceedings,
are summoned for the first time before Court. ( Procesos
monitorios). All those who defend themselves without the
help of a lawyer and are allowed to speak in a verbal
hearing ARE LUCKY.
Debtors under 3000 euros are not allowed to appeal.
One sentence for 174,27 euros turns out to be a
collective life sentence of condemnation for all
concerned and for life.

The public prosecutor takes more than 5 years, after having
himself taken the first preliminary proccedings, to decide that
such cases as swindle, public document forgery,
environmental crime, abuse of power, corruption and others,
cannot be considered criminal offences.
A report made against a civil servant in the Property Registry for
making arbitrary decisions, was filed away and disregarded.
A report concerning forged signatures
was filed away and disregarded.
Information about a Fiscal Identification Number ( CIF) for the
“Housing Development Community, which states that all co-
owners are co-responsible, is denied by the Tax Agency
( Agencia tributaria)

that all the owners
(of aparments and plots) are
obliged to pay for the use of a
non-existing co-ownership
based on invented quotas
not registered in the
Property Registry
