PROS  ELITE  GROUP  launched  the  Advanced  Service  Management  Operational  Excellence  and 
Profitability  Improvement  training  program  in  March  of  2009.    The  concept  of  this  training  program 
stemmed  from  the  massive  need  that  exists  within  the  independent  dealer  community.  Prior  to  the 
development  of  our  Advanced  Management  Training  Program  there  was  no  training  available  that 
taught service managers how to think like service executives. A service executive is not only an effective 
service manager but they also understand what key areas must be focused on in order to drive profit, 
operational performance and to leverage their service improvements to increase equipment sales within 
their organization.  President, Jerry Newberry states “This has been the most effective and one of the 
best received Service training programs ever launched in the Office Imaging Industry”! 

We are very excited about the feedback we have received from attendees and their managers/owners 
once  they  return  from  our  training.  The  feedback  our  attendees  have  provided  on  our  Advanced 
Management Training speaks to the depth and the real world application that is the core focus of our 
program. Jeff Kelly (VP of PROs) states “we pride ourselves in having a training program that provides 
the  tools  to  allow  our  attendees  to  evaluate  their  service  organization,  identify  the  key  areas  of 
opportunity,  and  create  an  effective  action  plan  that  they  execute  that  drive  profits  and  operational
