We make the hiring process easier. We make it easier for employers to track down high potential employees and we make it easier for qualified candidates to get that initial interview. We have created a common job application for entry level candidates. Our holistic approach to the application process is a detailed form which includes the traditional resume, technical and transferable skills, short term and long term goals, references, behavioral interview questions, and more. We have partnered with three great companies to enhance our application – Smarterer which deals with skill set assessments and can provide an objective score for skills, and Cream.hr that does pre-employment assessment, and Behance which deals with online portfolios. Our goal is to create a valuable database of candidates so that employers can search through our database by objective factors, arrive at the most viable candidates, and then review the application to make the best hires. They can also embed us within their existing career portal and our goal is to partner with job boards and existing hiring solutions down the road.
