2. My ideal State…
As for me an ideal State is a parliamentary monarchy.
That is: the monarch is the head of state, but the
parliament rules the country. In my country the
monarch hasn’t got a real power. He(she) represents
the country. The parliament has 3 branches of power:
legislative, executive and judicial.
3. The Monarch must be responsible, sociable,
generous, honest, skilful and prudent. The
Members of the parliament must have the same
traits as the monarch. In addition to it they must
be well educated, know the laws and they must
wish their country to be wealthy and prosperous.
They must be patriots of their country.
4. The Bill of Rights:
-Everybody must keep laws. If anybody break a
law, he must be punished.
-The State guarantees the rights.
-Everybody has the right to live.
-Work must be given to everybody.
-Every citizen must have freedom.
-All citizens must have equal rights.
…and other laws.
