This is a brief article about how QuEST Global ventured in to the water technology domain and what services it provides to the customers. Water technology is an emerging field and QuEST has really grown in this area supporting the engineering activities.

1. Water Technologies @ QuEST: A win-win collaboration
QuEST has been providing engineering services that span the Power and Water, Energy
Management, Oil & Gas, Aviation, and Transportation.
QuEST ventured into Water technologies and related process engineering in 2010 and since then the
Water accounts with QuEST has grown multi-fold with engineers supporting this vertical from multiple
disciplines across different business locations such as India, North America and Europe.
Through the course of development, QuEST has taken great ownership in customer Engineering
Project Lifecycle by consistently meeting customer expectations. Currently, QuEST takes ownership
of engineering and sourcing (vendor communications and technical evaluations) of many product
lines of our customers in the Water technologies domain.
QuEST supports many

Instrumentation and Control
Engineering, Technical
Publication, to mention a few.
QuEST team works as an
extended global team of our
customer and this team has
received multiple awards from
our customers since its
inception. QuEST’s addition
has enhanced capacity of our
customer’s resource pool and
reduced significant engineering cost enabling them to effectively compete in a highly fragmented
Water industry.
Here are some key achievements by team QuEST:
• QuEST being exposed to various different standards followed globally has helped standardize
a Global CAD library
• Automation of Operations and Maintenance Manuals (DMAIC Six Sigma methodology) that
passed on considerable amount of annual savings to our customer
• QuEST mechanical engineering team’s direct involvement in certain projects has made our
customer receive a great NPS score. An example of QuEST adding value to the quality of our
customer’s work.
QuEST in Water technologies has indeed made a considerable progress in less than half a decade.
