Some Architectural firms have in-house Engineers who
will design the Mechanical, Electrical and Structural
aspect of the building..

Quantity Surveyor :
The in- house Quantity Surveyor will produce a
document called Bills Of Quantities (BoQ) , which will
tell your how much your building project will cost

7. Step II – Construction
Contractor
When the designs, scope, duration and cost of proposed
works have been agreed, engage the services of a
competent Contractor to undertake the construction of
your house after all the necessary statutory permits have
been obtain.

Supervision :
The professionals you have engaged will make sure the
construction is undertaken according to the design and
