make our own deductions and try to
improve on our own. This way has no
external feedback and we are the
only responsible of the changes we
make to our classes.

is collectively in which a group of
people sit down and analyze the way
you teach giving you their own
personal opinion and helping you to
improve. This way is pretty effective
because the feedback comes from an
external source and you can be
helped with constructive criticism.

the teaching experience and we should use it
to help ourselves to become better teachers
