Universal gasifier, CE certified
UG type gasifier can work with different kind of biomass - grinded to size
less than 2 mm and with water content of max. 12%.
Gasification works in "Entrained flow principle". Gasification process of
biomass particles is very quick (0,5 - 4 sec.) - because of biomass size and
temperature inside gasifier - 1200 - 1400°C.
Produced syngas has only traces of tar, carbon conversion is very high.
Characteristics of Universal gasifier :
• biomass flexibility
• biomass fuel size, is to be limited to <2-3 mm, water content max. 12%
• dry Syngas cleaning only, no tar cleaning
• different kind of biomass: wood, soya husk, sunflower husk, straw, ...
• very small footprint of gasifier
• typical payback is within 48 - 72 months
• low maintenance, no operative risk, easy to operate
• modular assembly
• high carbon conversion: > 98 %
• operation range from 40% - 100 % nominal power output

- Environmentally friendly, dealing with the comprehensive issue of waste disposal
- Energetically independent, using the input material for its own operation, while at the
same time it is possible to generate electric power and heat (CHP) or use of polyfuel in
place of heating oil

Biomass heat and power - gasification CHP with universal biomass gasifier

  • 9. CHP – heat and power from biomass – Biomass pre-preparation for hammer mill Large size of biomass should be grinded to wood chips size, to enter hammer mill 6-12 mm and moisture 45% max. - for flash dryer > 15 mm and moisture >50% - for rotary dryer

CHP – heat and power from biomass – Universal gasifier, CE certified UG type gasifier can work with different kind of biomass - grinded to size less than 2 mm and with water content of max. 12%. Gasification works in "Entrained flow principle". Gasification process of biomass particles is very quick (0,5 - 4 sec.) - because of biomass size and temperature inside gasifier - 1200 - 1400°C. Produced syngas has only traces of tar, carbon conversion is very high. Characteristics of Universal gasifier : • biomass flexibility • biomass fuel size, is to be limited to <2-3 mm, water content max. 12% • dry Syngas cleaning only, no tar cleaning • different kind of biomass: wood, soya husk, sunflower husk, straw, ... • very small footprint of gasifier • typical payback is within 48 - 72 months • low maintenance, no operative risk, easy to operate • modular assembly • high carbon conversion: > 98 % • operation range from 40% - 100 % nominal power output
