1. Overview
• Create role by executing T-code PFCG.
• Give short description about role and then Go to menu tab
• In that menu tab select from sap menu
• Then choose whatever authorizations we want to give for fico - user

3. • Then give full authorization or partial authorization or un authorization for a
particular authorization objects
• Then click on generate role two times and then save again
• Assign that role to a user and then click on user comparison

• Create role by executing T-code PFCG.

4. Give role name
Click on single role
• Give short description about role

5. • and then Go to menu tab
Click on yes
• In that menu tab select from sap menu

6. • Then choose whatever authorizations we want to give for fico - user

7. Click transfer
Click on authorizations

8. • Then give full authorization or partial authorization or un authorization for a
particular authorization objects
Click on change authorization data
Click on full authorization

9. Click on save
Hit on change
Click on full

10. save
Click on 3rd circle to give full authorization for a particular authorization object
Click on continue

11. Do same as above for remaining authorization objects but do not give full
authorization for basis administrator authorization objects

15. • Then click on generate role two times and then save again

19. • Assign that role to a user and then click on user comparison
Click on user tab
Enter user id
