 Have Energy : Energy increases “personal
magnetism”, which attracts and energises others.
 Build Relationship : Communicate with passion, use
body language, tell captivating stories, show empathy,
tap into mood.

4.  Have Passion : Energy and Courage bloom out only
when there is passion.
Your passion prompts others to show enthusiasm.
 . Build Trust : Become someone to rely on by
consistently honouring commitment.

5.  Show Confidence : Confidence is more important
than competence. People want to be lead by self
assured.
 Be Articulate : Paint word pictures, use metaphors,
