                                              Find a piece of paper reflect over the questions:
                                              1.! What is important when you start a new
                                              job?
                                              2.! What was good about your introduction to
                                              starting at Zalando?
                                              3.! What can be even better?
                                              Collective sharing 6 groups (apppr. 5 in
                                              each) (10 min)
                                              Share your biggest learnings from the initial
                                              reflection. Okay to comment and discuss.
                                              Treasures (5 min)
                                              Write down findings on 3 big boards.
Dream 20 - 30 minutes                     Think big – Introduction ( 5 min.)

                                          best on-boarding in the future is by...
                                          The funniest way
                                          The most remarkable way
                                          The social way
                                          The craziest way
                                          The most expensive way
                                          The fastest way

                                          Closing down (3 minutes)
                                          Give them 3 minutes for the groups to
                                          choose their 3 favorites.



Defining and treasuring                    Producing and presenting (10 minutes)
                                          Describe the concept in maximum 3 lines
                                          Draw the concept

                                          - Act out the concept for the rest of the
                                            group.
                                          - Present the 3 best concepts
