Realcomp will be launching a new listing input module and forms on December 2, 2013. The new system features a consolidated front-end where users can fill listings from tax records, existing listings, or start new listings. It also has updated residential and condo lease listing forms. The multi-page input screens guide users to enter information in a standard format and highlight required fields. The screens collect data for properties, rooms, services, and other listing details over multiple pages. Users should download the new listing profile forms to match the updated input system and discontinue using old forms after November 30th.

Note: Realcomp has implemented a brand new Residential/Condo LEASE Listing
Form to accommodate the collection and searching of data
specific to Rentals (i.e. lease type, length of lease, tenant amenities, etc.)

convenient screen.
Search for the property
you want to use for autopopulating data.

5. You still have the option of saving your listing in its entirety as “Active” or as
one that is only a “Partial Save” (for completion later). However, both of these
options now appear at the beginning of the listing input process (a benefit of
the new program).
From this screen, you’ll enter data using the Page (i.e. Page 1, Page 2, Page 3,
and Page 4) tabs at the top of the screen.

December 2, 2013 and use these when listing properties.
The new Listing Profile forms correlate to the new Input
program.
Please discontinue using the old Listing Profile Forms
after November 30th.
