Vice officers conducting a prostitution sting placed a woman under arrest for allegedly
offering to have sex with an undercover officer for $100. While questioning the woman,
officers noticed a man walking around the hotel property. Officers made contact with the
man and later determined he brought the woman to the hotel. The woman was booked
for prostitution, while the man was booked for assisting in prostitution. The woman was
identified as Sheila Lynn Trautman, 22, from Chula Vista. Her bail was set at $2,000. The
man was identified as Raymond Sixto Tojos, 21, from Lemon Grove. His bail was set at
$500.
MONDAY, DEC. 29, AT 6:30 P.M.,
Officers responded to the 1400 block of Third Street Promenade — Guess — regarding a
report of a theft in progress. When officers arrived, they made contact with store secu-
