Personal Profile
I am a well organised and methodical person who can prioritise my work load. I work well in a team
and also on my own initiative; I am a quick learner and can pick things up quickly. I have good
communication skills both face to face and over the telephone. I am currently studying an ECDL
computer course.

SENIOR ADVISOR /SUPERVISOR FEBURARY 2013-PRESENT
My duties include running the central desk monitoring the advisors during the day. This will include
updating the day-sheet when the advisors arrive, track whereabouts using CRM software, logging
lateness and sick’s. I also reply to lead response emails when they arrive. I also assist t my team
manager with the running and progress of the team, this includes listening to calls remotely and live
side by side.
CALL CENTER ADVISOR-OCTOBER 2010-FEBURARY 2013
My duties are taking inbound calls from a variety of customers and helping with their enquiries
weather that is taking messages, transferring them through or taking their orders. I also make
outgoing calls to engineers to pass on job details. I am also helping my Team Manager with keeping
the finishing scripts times up to date and using CMS to run the lost call report on an evening. I use
call manager to make delayed call outs and to give engineer’s details should they ring in when they
have had a missed call.

My duties included checking off pallets received over night ready for loading onto the daily delivery
vehicles and also driving up to 7.5t lorry for daily deliveries and collections.

My duties involved checking off pallets received over night ready for daily deliveries, going out
driving when needed, keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, picking orders ready for collection or to
go on to the trailer for delivery across the country. I also worked in the office talking to customers
over the phone in regards to their collection and delivery needs, inputting orders onto the computer
system and sending off the final report to head office of the pallet network.

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER 2004-2006
My duties involved the day to day running of a busy store which included the banking of the day’s
takings. I was involved in the ordering of stock which I had to pick up and deliver to both stores, I
also helped design the shop posters and company web site to help promote sales in the retail and
wholesale sides of the business. I maintained the stock levels of our warehouse stock on Excel; I was
also a key holder.

My duties involved working the bar and waiting on tables when it was busy, cellar work and setting
up the function room ready for any parties that were taking place and running the bar.
Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy watching Rugby, playing darts and pool for the local team. I enjoy outdoor activities with
friends; I enjoy listening to a range of music and watching films.
