This document provides guidance for recording production team meetings and uploading the videos to YouTube to demonstrate progress. 5. Task One
• Make notes of what you want to discuss, plan
the discussion
• Treatment, storyboards, locations, talent, plan
ning video/photo shoot and call sheets etc.
• Record video of a group discussion after you
have practiced

6. Setting up Youtube account
• Visit Youtube

7. Click sign in, then create an account

8. Fill in information

9. Enter Phone Number SMS

10. Enter Verification Code

11. Done!
• Click through the information on screen and
you can now upload videos at the top of the
page.
• Upload your recorded video from the
production meeting.
• Embed this video in your blog.

• Now we need to set up an account

• Now you are ready to set up your hashtag
• You can use this for group discussions or set
up a hashtag that the public can use to give
you feedback on your magazine
• You can embed Twitter into your Wordpress
blog to show discussions you and your
audience have been having

• Come up with a unique #hashtag surrounding
your magazine
• Link your twitter page on your blog
• Give other groups your twitter name and
hashtag, they can then give feedback on your
blog/discussions
