Research Goal
The primary research goal was to capture hard
data on trends and attitudes towards desktop
and mobile phones used for business
purposes.
Methodology
Individuals with responsibility for purchasing
and/or managing phones systems for business
use were invited to participate in an online
survey. Participants were secured from
independent resources are were not informed
that RingCentral was the survey sponsor.
