Act as partner with older persons and the community to improve the quality of seniors’ lives through service, education and leadership .
Programs and Services: 1) Care Management/Coordination for seniors to meet complex challenges. 2) Transportation: 160,000 rides for seniors/disabled 3) Adult Day/Respite Services – 5 sites. 4) In-Home Care Services – 60,000 hours a year. 5) A multi-service hub under one roof in mountainous and rural areas 6) Job Training 7) Volunteer Services mobilizing 1,250 area residents to help seniors.
