internal client (Carrier Charlotte) this standardization reduce lead time for special orders from 20 days to 9
days.
 New project introduction using Microsoft Share Point – Share Point was used as database for new product
introduction; this helps company to have a single web page to follow up on projects this has been consider
a benchmark for otherdepartments.
 ECN standard process implementation within all CMX Carrier plants to ensure a smooth implementation
for Engineering Changes.
 During Special Orders leadership we achieve a 20% total annual sales increase on special products during
2007 and 2008 to finalize with 13 million dollars sales during 2009.
