   applaud all that they do for
   Rotary and for the lives of
   others whom they do not
   know and have not met,”
   Kalyan Banerjee
Game Changer Award- Individual
Recognition to go to Rotarians who make extraordinary
impact on any of the Game Changer Goals.

Each club to nominate one Rotarian Every month .

Assistant Governors verify and confirm contribution.

Winners will be decorated with Game Changer Lapels at
the next District event. (Free Registration! )

Awards committee will evaluate submissions and select a
Game Changer of the month. (Winner receives a PHF
recognition!)
Game Changer Award-Club
Recognition to go to clubs in each category of the Game
Changer Goals.
Rotary Foundation : surpasses own historical performance .
Membership : surpasses own Best case.
Leadership development
 No of members participating in Area level leadership
   development programs .
 Implement club level leadership development
   programs – Use the RI Leadership development program
   guide.
 % of club leaders to attend RLI programs
Service Projects
 Project execution in any four of the six areas of focus.
 Multi-club collaboration for BIGGER, BETTER ,BOLDER
   , sustainable projects in at least one area of focus
 Serve as International partner for a service projects

Club Administration
   Functional website.
   Implements a web based club mgt tool (club runner)


New Generation : any three of the following
  • Sponsors or host a Youth Exchange student
  • Sponsors a new Interact club or resuscitates a failed
    one
  • Sponsors a new Rotaract club or plans/execute joint
    project with sponsored club.
  • Sponsors participants to RYLA Rotaract.

  • Social media (Facebook, linkedin, twitter) – start a
    campaign
  • Youtube- Sights & Sounds !

 Start figure -2128, Figure at End June 2687 ( Target is 2540)
   Net Gain of over 500 , > 20%
    39 clubs bettered their best,
    75 clubs recorded net gains
   37% increase in women ( 25.2% of total – better than
   zonal an RI average)
   28 past Rotaractors admitted
    24% reduction in clubs less than 25
   70% reduction in clubs less than 20 members
Membership

   7 new clubs chartered -.
   3 provisional clubs already commenced
   31 New Interact clubs Chartered
   15 New Rotaract clubs
   Joint conference with Rotaract .
   28 Former Rotaractors inducted into Rotary
CHANGE THE GAME by doing something
unprecedented for the Rotary Foundation
(both in terms of Fund contributions
and program participation),
  •Every club to better its historical best.
     •47 clubs surpassed historical giving
     levels
     •$899,000 total giving as at Mid June.
     •Over 500 Rotarians gave to the
     foundation.
     •Zero – non giving clubs !
     •Surpassed District allocation for Bill
     and Melinda Gates Challenge
