- Key idea here is the fact that Rotary club meetings have business and a program.
- Subjective decision on part of one person or the collective many in the group. What makes the difference between great – good – fair – or poor quality in the program presentation.
- Does one person make the decision on the programs, a committee or is each member engaged in providing a speaker for the club. Does the club get into a rut – same programs over time – example – community not for profits coming to ask for funding.
- Do members come to meetings because of the program? Does the club promote the upcoming programs? Does the club promote the programs to the community as a public image tool?
- Customer service – businesses ask their customers on “how are we doing?” How can we better serve our customers? Those being our fellow Rotarians.
