WHO WOULD BE THE AUDIENCE FOR
YOUR MEDIA PRODUCT?
Evaluation 4
Our original mood board
This mood board was inspired
by mostly teenagers but would
be relevant for ages 13-20.
We thought that social media was a
key thing to put in our mood board
as they play a big role in a teenagers
life.
we also put in common high street
brands that are popular with teens.
Films such as mean girls and Easy A
match our target audience, they all
follow the typical conventions of a
teen film.
A main thing in teenagers life is
media, this is why celebrities are
very relevant to young people
today.
We added popular food chains with
young people. These are common
places teens hang out.
We thought that it would be appropriate
to put drugs on our mood board
because they are something commonly
associated with teen s nowadays.
we put a rating of 15 on our mood
because the content would probably
be inappropriate for anyone younger
than that.
Who our film appeals to
Our film would mainly appeal to only
two sections of the quadrant, males
and females under 25, however it
could be enjoyed by all four. The
down side to having our film targeted
at only two is that there are less
people to view the film. However if
advertised the right way that would
not matter because there would still
be large amounts of the target
audience coming to see our film.
