Israel Airspace Security Procedures
for General Aviation Flights
1. Obtain a Security Arrival Permit.
2. Submit an ‘Entry Code’ for the Arrival
Identification Procedure.
3. Make first contact with the appropriate
ACC unit for the ‘Identification
Procedure’ as detailed in the AIP-
ISRAEL.

Applying for a Security-1Stage
Arrival Permit
1. Each private incoming flight, flown by non-Israeli
licensed pilot, shall apply for an advance over-flight
and landing permit (Security Arrival Permit).
2. The over-flight and landing application will be
submitted to the ASOC.
3. The application shall be submitted to the aviation
security interactive website.
The website will automatically verify that all of the
required information was submitted and generate an
instantaneous confirmation of successful receipt.

Stage 2 – Receipt of a ‘Pending
Security Arrival Permit’
2. The pending approval will become a
‘Final Security Arrival Permit’ only after
the pilot has submitted an ‘Entry Code’.
1. The ASOC will process the application
within the time-frames stated in AIP
Israel and will issue a ‘Pending Approval’
or a ‘Denial Notification‘ to the applicant.

Stage 3 – Submission of ‘Entry Code’
• The personal Entry Code shall be submitted to the aviation
security interactive website of the Ministry of Transport, not
later than 6 hours before departure to Tel-Aviv FIR.
• The website will automatically process code submitted and
generate an instantaneous confirmation.
‘Arrival Identification Procedure’–4Stage
• Upon approaching Tel-Aviv FIR, the pilot must establish
initial radio communication contact with the relevant
ACC unit for identification, and provide the Security
Entry Code he submitted, while awaiting clearance to
enter the FIR.
• The detailed identification procedures are stipulated in
AIP Israel ENR 1.5.
