1. Partner (Software Services Provider) signs SPLA
Addendum (sits on www.explore.ms)
2. Microsoft publishes Authorized Mobility Partner on
www.microsoft.com/licensing/software-
assurance/license-mobility.aspx#tab=2
3. Partner offers License Mobility Verification Form
(www.microsoftvolumelicensing.com) to End Users
4. Within 10 days of deployment, End User fills out form
and submits to Microsoft
5. Partner provisions the VM, Microsoft sends approval to
Partner and End User
6. Partner or End User installs software and manages VM
