might take a few seconds
longer but it makes it
easier for the reader.

3. Be nice online! Try not
to be sarcastic, too,
because the other
person won’t know
you’re joking. You could
hurt someone's
feelings.

4. Don’t type in all caps. The
reader will think you are
yelling.
And. Don’t. Do. This.
Either.

5. Don’t use foul
language! Don’t call
people bad names or
anything that could be
taken the wrong way.

6. Don’t spell word
wrong. It looks
unprofessional.
Use spell check!

7. Use a font that is
easy to read,
unlike this one.
You don’t want
your reader to get
a headache from
reading your
email!

8. Make the email short
and to the point.
Don’t add a bunch of
useless information.

9. Do unto others as
you would have
others do unto you.

10. Don’t be sarcastic in
an email. You aren't
in person so they
can’t see your face
or hear your voice.
