Customer  Success   Stories Client Business Need Solution To fulfill corporate communication needs, Apollo tyres was looking for a mobility solution to integrate seamlessly with the SAP and seek response from dealers which goes directly to the corporate ERP. Another concern was to build a strong dealer network and to automatically track order delivery and order status inquiry process. ValueFirst Velocity  with Business Rules Engine ensures that the reminders are sent as and when they are required. ValueFirst SAP Plug-in enables the Velocity Plus application to connect with SAP and enable a smooth and secure flow of information to the mobile channel.  HP offers Dial-a-Cartridge service wherein a customer can call up a toll free number and order a cartridge. The requirement was to: •  Place instant order to the dealer nearest to the customer location  •  Receive acknowledgement that the product has been delivered to the intended customer  HP’s call-center servers generate an order message when a new order is placed. These messages are directed to  ValueFirst AirMail  servers as email. The AirMail servers forward the incoming email messages to the intended recipients and dealers in the form of SMS. Dabur wanted to manage and enhance its communication process with the dealers, distributors and sales force located at distant places. For this they needed a speedy, cost effective and reliable mode of communication suitable to their business needs.
