6. What are the requirements for disabled travel insurance?
In order to waive for pre-existing medical conditions, 3 requirements must
be met:
1. Insure for the full cost of your trip (flights, cruise, tours, transportation,

2. Be medically “able to travel” at the time you purchase travel insurance
3. Some policies require purchase within 15 days of your first non-refundable
deposit (usually a cruise deposit or flight purchase). Travel
insurance offered through Sage Traveling does not have this
requirement.

medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment was recommended or received
within a specified time period before your trip
