WHAT KIND OF MEDIA INSTITUTION
MIGHT DISTRIBUTE YOUR MEDIA
PRODUCT AND WHY?
What type of production company
do you represent?
 Our sketch production company represents a large
production company which would produce a large
budget film such as what James Bond is which was made
  with a $200,000,000 budget who's production company
was MGM, we wanted to be another large production
company because we wanted to make a similar feel to
what the action/thriller film that the James Bond series is
  such as Skyfall.
Title: Who might your distributor?
European distributor or Hollywood
studio, Why?
 For our film we decided to use Universal because it is a
distributer which is a company which is recognised world
wide and as a result we felt that it would give our film the
best recognition response from our target audience as
this distributer is used by several films in what we believe
are our competitors. Such as the Bourne Legacy.
How does your film compare with
others in terms of budget,
production and distribution?
 Our film is a high budget film,
  we have chosen this budget
type because this is the type of
film that we would go to the
cinema and enjoy such as James
Bond and we believed with this
type of film we would have the
  best knowledge and
  understanding on how to create
  a successful action/ thriller film
  as a result.
Who have you named in the
titles: are they big names
or indies? What order are
they in and why?
• In our Film we have named the distributor as our first title
as this occurs as the first title in any film for copyright
    reasons.
• We then named Christopher as the director as this is the
person who calls all the shots about our film.
• We then named our two actors as these are the two big
stars and this would attract the audience.
• Followed up by Conor as the music composer.
• This was then followed by Me as the cinematographer.
What kind of producer would
make your film?
 We would have a major studio to produce our
film such as universal because it would mean
that we would be able just to go to one major
studio and be able to pitch our film to get the
budget which we need and know they can
provide to us with the budget.
 Another reason why we would choose this
major studio is because it would provide us
with both a production company and
  distribution company within one place.
