CTS India is a subsidiary of CTS Srl, an Italian company which marks its 30th anniversary this
year. It is a leading company, active in the production and marketing of products and
equipment for the restoration of architectural and cultural heritage.
Since the beginning of its business in 1984, C.T.S. has always favored the investment of its
economical resources in the structural and commercial development of the company in
order to meet and satisfy customer requirements.
It is a part of the Helios Group that has a turnover of around 20 million euros, employing
about one hundred professionals.
Besides the headquarters in Altavilla Vicentina in the province of Vicenza in Italy, CTS has
set up six branches abroad in France, Spain, Switzerland, Rumania, Turkey and India. CTS
has established six customer service centers across the national territory including in Rome,
Milan, Florence and Naples and is assisted by a network of salesmen which makes it
possible to have a direct and constant contact with the various operators in the sector. Our
international presence is further guaranteed both directly, through our Export Department,
and indirectly, through local resellers in various countries.
With time, we have carefully optimized all our organizational systems whose task is to
assure and improve our service quality: from product labeling to safety and technical data
sheets, and from equipment instructions to warranty certificates. As a result of these many
synergies C.T.S. has acquired a very high-level referential curriculum.
Our service of assistance and advice directly in the restoration site-workshop and in the
organization of seminars is supported by our Technical Scientific Department in Italy. The

C.T.S. is a UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certified company. The certification was obtained in
October 25

, 2001 and has been constantly updated which is a further demonstration of
our business policy aimed at the full satisfaction of customer needs.
CTS Restoration Products India Pvt Ltd started its operations in INDIA and inaugurated its
activity in February 2013, graced by the presence of the Union Minister of Culture, Mrs
Chandresh Kumari Katoch and the Governor of Haryana, Mr Jagannath Pahadia. Our
customers are premier government institutions like National Museum, ASI, NGMA, IGNCA,
CSMVS, INTACH, NRLC and many other Govt as well as private organizations.
