Employee wellbeing is an increasingly
relevant and necessary consideration in
the modern workplace. Businesses are
under pressure to increase productivity,
improve efficiency and effectiveness,
and reduce costs. There is extensive
evidence showing that people with
higher levels of wellbeing perform
better. From productivity & profitability
to resilience, engagement and effort,
higher levels of wellbeing consistently
predict higher levels of performance.
Now in its fourth successful year, the Allianz Health
and Wellbeing Conference in partnership with Surrey
Chambers of Commerce will bring together experts in
the field of health and wellbeing to share their
knowledge, experience and expertise.
Allianz Insurance aims to provide a positive
working environment that is conducive to
achieving our goals and is committed to ensuring
the health, safety and welfare of all employees as
far as is reasonably practicable. This includes the
psychological and emotional wellbeing of
employees every bit as much as their physical
good health. We recognise and appreciate the
value of promoting the health and wellbeing of
our employees here at Allianz. As well as caring for
our employees’ physical safety at work, we seek to
ensure they have access to healthy living and
eating options, as well as a range of activities to
promote physical and mental wellbeing. Allianz’s
employee wellbeing programme aims to ensure
our employees can lead healthy lifestyles at work.
