Objective: To obtain a position that allows me to challenge my skills, both physical and

Qualifications:
I have worked in manufacturing plants doing assembly line work, CNC machining,
production, quality control, maintenance. Have run, set up, and repaired machining centers,
turning centers, grinders and spline rolling machines. Some of the equipment that I have
worked with/on are Mori Seiki vertical and horizontal machining center and multi axis lathes
with live tooling, Doosan mills and vertical lathes, Heller, Mazak, Haas, Makino, Grob, 5 axis
machining experience, etc. I am well versed and experienced with all types of gaging
techniques including micrometers, calipers (vernier, dial and digital) optical comparators and
many others.
Work Experience:
Weber Automotive - 02/2014-Present
Production Tech.
I began my career at Weber Automotive as a Set-up Tech in less than 3 months, I was
promoted to Shift leader. As the Shift Leader. I was in charge of a high volume automated
machining line which produces an aluminum upper valve body for a six speed automatic
transmission. The equipment on the line consists of 20 horizontal CNC machining centers, 12
Fanuc robots, a part washer, automated leak testing and laser marking. I am responsible for
keeping all of the equipment running, directing the work of 8 employees and the quality and
quantity of parts. Interact and request support from engineering, maintenance and
automation as necessary. Adjust programs and offsets as required, change tools, etc. Within
10 months they created a new position for me as a Production Tech. As the Production Tech., I
have been trained in every position in the plant, CMM, Tool setting, shipping and Receiving,
as well as all of my previous training.

2. Owner/Operator
I was the owner and head trainer of a dog daycare and boarding center. I built the
business from the ground up which included building and maintaining a website, promoting
the business, leading classes, accounting and year end financials. I contracted my services to
police departments, referrals from the county animal control officials and private parties.
Production Engineering - 03/2004-12/2011
Machinist/Supervisor
First I was a machinist then promoted to 3rd
shift supervisor and also served as interim
plant manager for 6 months. I sat up and ran mills, lathes, optimized and proved out new
programs and wrote short programs by hand. I repaired and brought machines back to good
running condition after collisions. Performed my own maintenance and quality checks. I am
capable of making a part by taking it from print all the way to the finished product.
