- 2. 3P & BEYOND KELVINGTON INTEGRATED HEALTH FACILITY Current State • Two stand alone facilities - without renewal, the existing facilities would not last for the next generation. Proposed Actions • KTHR, the MOH and the Kelvington and area steering committee agree to pursue a project to add the hospital and primary health care clinic to the existing LTC, with renovations to LTC • Project is approved for a Lean 3P process for March 2013
- 3. 3P & BEYOND KELVINGTON INTEGRATED HEALTH FACILITY Project Metric • $15M Project Budget Future State • Pursue “right size” integrated services to include Acute Care, ER/outpatient, Lab and Diagnostics, Support Services, Primary Health Care Clinic • Create efficiencies to find savings to reinvest into significant LTC renovations. • Together with patients, providers and community, design a patient-centred facility that will provide the flexibility to meet the needs of Kelvington and area residents into the future.
