The iPhone 5 has raved the smartphone industry. You just could not imagine how people
anticipated a smartphone like this one. With orders reaching the millions, the phone becomes
the fastest selling iPhone in history. The thinnest smartphone yet is within our reach. However,
some say that it is an improved iPhone 4S. Some say it is overrated while some say it’s not the
best smartphone you can get. The solution? Sell smartphone and get the best iPhone
alternatives in the market today. You do not want to own an overrated or overpraised
smartphone.

You want an actual smartphone that can perform its best. There are many available
smartphones in the market today. All you have to do is look.
The smartphones alternatives to iPhone are numerous. Here are some you may consider other
than the iPhone 5:

1. Motorola DROID RAZR M

The 4.3-inch display makes this the smallest RAZR phone in the lineup. However, this has the
same powerful hardware that make up RAZR’s pride. This small phone contains a 1.5 GHz dual-
core processor and LTE radio. This will also be first DROID device to include Google’s Chrome
browser. The phone is exclusively available at Verizon Wireless only in the US. You can get it for
$99.99 with a new, two-year contract agreement.
What makes this the hot shot? The Kevlar back plate is durable enough for a small phone like
this one, which is non-existent on iPhone 5. The well-praised Android 4.0 OS is available on this
phone that can be upgraded to 4.1. The price is considerably cheap compared to Apple’s
hotshot.

2. Nokia Lumia 920

Nokia’s flagship smartphone is no simpleton. It is a Windows Phone device and runs with
Microsoft’s upcoming Windows Phone 8 OS. The 920 uses a “PureView” camera technology
that captures the “best pictures and video ever seen on a smartphone,” says the company. This
smartphone hides the largest battery built for a Nokia phone, which is a 2000mAh power pack,
and comes with different variations of colors. This phone is said to be released anytime within
the last few months of this year but rumors indicate it might be released anytime in October
2012, which is the best time to sell cell phones too.

What makes this phone a standout against iPhone 5? The New Windows Phone 8 is a feat.
Wireless charging will be used on this phone. The innovative camera and image-stabilization
features are must-haves.

3. HTC One X

This may come as no surprise but this is a front-runner in the smartphone industry. Being fast
and powerful at the same time, it runs with an LTE network packed with a 1.5 GHz dual-core
processor. One X has a 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 display screen, 16 GB built-in storage and an 8-MP
digital camera. Notably, the phone uses a Universal Beats Audio technology so users can enjoy
high-quality sound when used with compatible headphones. This marvel is available with AT&T
exclusively distributed in the US. Like the Motorola’s DROID RAZR M, you can get it for $99.99
with a new, two-year service agreement.

Why is iPhone the loser here? This is an Android phone. It has larger displays and plays with the
Beats Audio technology. This is relatively cheap. Rumors suggest that its predecessor, the HTC
One X+ will come anytime soon.

4. Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX HD

The dominance of this phone comes in power – battery power that is. This phone has most of
the features of the DROID RAZR HD and the RAZR M. However, Motorola claims that it stands
out with 13 hours of continuous video playback and 32 hours of “normal use.” The device is
equipped with 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD display with Corning’s Gorilla Glass for added
durability. This technological feat will be a Verizon Wireless exclusive in the US. Rumors indicate
that it should be available before the happy holidays. The price is yet to be announced.

Why choose this phone over the iPhone 5? The battery is obviously its best feature. The
memory is also expandable via microSD card and the NFC.
5. Motorola Atrix HD

Another Motorola phone comes up on the list. Atrix HD runs on the LTE network having a 4.5-
inch HD ColorBoost Display, an 8-MP digital camera, and a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. This
phone has a Kevlar-coated surface for added durability. The Atrix HD runs Android 4.0 Ice
Cream Sandwich, a delight for users. However, this phone does not support NFC.

The catch? This phone is only distributed by AT&T exclusive in the US. It is available for $99.99
with a new, two-year service agreement.
It is run by Android 4.0 OS and its memory is expandable with the microSD card. Also, it’s cheap
compared to iPhone 5. When you sell smartphones at CashforSmartphones, you can
immediately avail of this incredible smartphone.

6. Samsung Galaxy Nexus

This phone is one of the smartphones that runs on Jelly Bean, Android’s latest operating
system. The Galaxy Nexus has a curved HD Contour 4.65-inch Super AMOLED with a 5-MP
digital camera. The Nexus comes in an unlocked HSPA+ version (with 16GB of memory),
compatible both in AT&T and T-Mobile networks, and is available through Google for Google
$349.99. The LTE version comes, with 32 GB memory, costs $99.99 through Sprint and $149.99
through Verizon with the typical new two-year service agreements.

What makes this phone a highlight? It has Jelly Beans (hopefully the candies of course). The
batteries are removable and the design is uniquely curved. It supports NFC and a larger display
is at stake. The may be best thing to have when you sell old cell phones online for fast cash.

7. HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE

When almost all Android phones go big, the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE reacts oppositely.
However, don’t underestimate this small giant. Its 4-inch qHD touchscreen display is not small.
The 1.2 GHz dual-core processor is a standout. The phone is available with Verizon Wireless
exclusive in the US. The 8GB comes at $149.99 price tag with a new, two-year service contract.

Why pick this phone over iPhone 5? The Android OS is always a treat. Like most Android
phones, the battery is removable and the memory is expandable via the microSD card. Beats
Audio Technology is present in this phone and it also supports NFC.

8. Samsung ATIV S

The super-slim Windows Phone 8 device is a visual delight. Its metallic bezel and chic design
compliment the 4.8-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display that lets you view HD media with
finesse. The 1.5 GHz dual-core processor provides speed and power to apps and media.
Powerful as it may seem, Samsung ATIV S does not support LTE.
Currently, the phone is not yet available in the market. T-Mobile may be the only provider in
the US since it doesn’t have the LTE feature. No wonder many sell cell phones for this.
Why does the phone beat the might iPhone 5? The phone comes with the latest Windows
Phone 8 OS. The memory is expandable via the microSD and it supports NFC.

9. BlackBerry 10 L-Series an N-Series

RIM comes with a bang. Even though many have anticipated its release, the phone will not be
ready until the next year’s first quarter. If you look for that QWERTY “hardware” keyboard, then
this BlackBerry phone is for you. RIM intends to release the all-touch L-Series followed by the
QWERTY keyboard in N-Series handset.

The price is not available since it is expected to be release in 2013.

What makes this phone mightier than the iPhone 5? Both the BlackBerry 10 and the iPhone 5
are sometimes compared because they may have similar capabilities. It brings with it brand
new software. The batteries are removable. You can have option of having the QWERTY
keyboard or not.

10. Samsung Galaxy S3

iPhone’s greatest rival smartphone yet. The large screen and the high-resolution Super
AMOLED touchscreen display are powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor with tons of
unique apps and unique social networking features. This is the hottest and the fastest-selling
smartphone yet. This phone is available with all major US carriers with a $199.99 price tag for
16GB while T-Mobile charges $279.99 all with contracts.

Why does this phone evaporate the iPhone 5? Besides its cool features, this phone has
removable batteries, expandable memory and is run by Android 4.0 but will be upgradeable to
4.1 soon. This is a reason why many sell old cell phones to get fast cash.
