* Content providers believe any material should be translated
and become a success (large amount of downloads)
regardless of its interest for the teachers or format
* There is a general misunderstanding on the effects of putting
one copy righted image in a document (which makes the
whole document non-derivatives allowed)
* Teachers not expecting translation of materials for them for
free / not used to browsing for materials in other languages
