VicHealth have requested that your organisation write a report that explains adolescent impression management behaviour in secondary schools. There have been reports of staff dysfunction at one of your companies regional offices. You have been requested to observe the behaviour of this group and report it to management.

3. Theoretical Statement Discussion of the key theoretical ideas that guide the project. Drawn from material covered in this subject. You can choose from lectures and readings dealing with EITHER Impression Management OR Small Groups. These ideas should then be used to structure the Discussion of Findings section. (750 words)

4. Related Literature Review of other people’s research dealing with your chosen topic A minimum of 6 empirical research (not theoretical) articles should be included in the literature review. Your summaries should include the research questions and findings of the studies you have chosen. (700 words)
