History
As a result of consolidation of the holding RusTransCom (RTC), in 2014 it was decided to focus
on the development of its own and partner port terminals, grain-elevators and other
development projects. To this end, the department of strategic development has been
strengthened and highlighted in a separate legal unit - RTC Terminals Management.

2. Experience
A team of experts has years of experience in the implementation of major projects in public and
private sectors :
1. Construction and modernization of port terminals of the Azov-Black Sea basin and Baltic sea.
The company has experience interfacing internal objects and the adjacent external transport
infrastructure with the specifics of the densely populated settlements, taking into account the
surrounding residential areas, the daily and seasonal migration of the population, climate and
other factors affecting the correct functioning of the object.
2. Reconstruction of complex multi-transport hubs with the sea, rail, road and pipeline
components, as well as features of the adjacent air transport posts. This takes into account the
navigation conditions, operation of port terminals, the technology of the railway junction, the
specificity of the road network, including urban transport, the location of urban industrial areas
and sleeping areas of the city (Novorossiysk transport hub).

terminals considering geographical features, existing traffic and potential marketing needs.
