3. Step 2: Hatch the second
egg
Run arround until your pokemon have a
second egg.
Hatch it.
Check the Ivs of the pokemon you just
hatched.
4. Do we desire the stats passed?
For example: we’re looking for a
31/x/31/31/31/31 spread.
We got a 31/31/31/x/31/31
The special attack stat was not passed
down.
This is not the spread we want.
5. What do we do?
Since this is not the spread we
want, reset the game.
You saved last time after rejecting the first
egg.
Ride arround until there is a new egg.
○ Reject this new egg and SAVE.
Ride arround again for a new egg.
Hatch this new egg.
Check the IVs of this new pokemon.
6. Do we desire the stats passed?
We’re looking for a 31/x/31/31/31/31
spread.
The attack was not passed down.
That’s what we are looking for.
DON’T save your game!
We are going to abuse the knowledge of
what’s about to get passed down.
7. Time to get the perfect
Pokémon
Now reset your game.
We know what’s going to be passed to
the next child that is generated.
We know the child will receive HP and
Defense from the Dad.
We know the child will receive SpA, SpD
and Speed from the Mom.
8. Change out the parents!
Now we know exactly what IVs will be
passed down. So, we have to do a few
things.
Put a Dad with 31 IVs on HP and
Defense, and a Mum with 31 IVs on
SpA, SpD and Speed.
Run arround until a new egg is generated.
Since the game determinates wich IV are
going to be passed down even before you
put that parents in the daycare, you will now
have a perfect Pokémon.
