The presenter for this webinar will be Thomas Descoteaux, Program Director for the Master of Civil Engineering program at Norwich University.Tom earned his PhD in Civil Engineering from The University of Connecticut. Prior to joining Norwich he spent ten years as a member of the Civil Engineering Department at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers' Curricula Committee and the American Society for Engineering Education.
